    Recommended 2-3 times a year for a well-maintained bike.
    Usually enough for a single speed bike or a children's bike.
    Perfect for a new bike that just needs to be set up safely.

SILVER_ £95

  • Everything from our BRONZE service plus:

    • Both wheels trued in truing stand

    • Drivetrain removed, de-greased, re-installed, and lubricated.

    • Frame, fork, and wheels cleaned.

    • Installation of drivetrain components.

  • Covers most service needs.
    Recommended twice a year for a frequently used bike.
    Usually enough for any bike that might be underperforming or shows discernible drivetrain wear.
    Perfect for any bike you rely on.

GOLD_ £160

  • Everything from our BRONZE and SILVER services plus:

    • Bike stripped back to fully bare frame

    • All components cleaned, re-greased and re-assembled

    • Headset, bottom bracket, both hubs serviced

  • The works.
    Recommended twice a year for any premium, specialist, or race bike.
    Good for a full refresh after any significant touring, endurance, or muddy gravel rides.
    This service covers any custom bike builds or full groupset swaps.
    Usually essential for any neglected bike to be brought back to life.
    Ideal if you're having a frame repair or a new paint job.
    Most second hand bikes will benefit from a GOLD too.

  • If you aren't sure which service you need, simply choose option '04 - Service Assessment’. When you drop your bike off, we can perform a basic, no obligation, on-the-spot inspection and make recommendations and estimates accordingly.

  • Parts and accessories are unique to every bike so these are billed separately.

  • We'll confirm parts and their costs with you before committing to any work.

  • We ask that you bring the bike in on the day of the service before 10am in order to give us the full day to work on it.

  • At busier times, we may contact you to reschedule your service with you in the event that there’s a conflict with our walk-ins and online bookings.

  • Bikes are usually completed on the same day as the service booking. If parts need to be ordered for your bike, this can delay the return of your bike.

  • In the event that you need to reschedule, please give 48hrs notice.

  • e-bike servicing in the UK has strict rules which you can read about HERE. As such, we’re not able to work on all types of e-bike. Please call us BEFORE you book your service if you have any type of e-bike.
